Attached is the floorplan. We need to remove the walls that have a red X through them, redo/polish the floors (they are wood right now), and then paint the whole space. The space is 5500 sq ft.

Afterwards, we would like the noted walls removed, fresh paint on all the walls, and the floors redone.
